o for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation, customer support, product development and de-bugging purposes; or

12. Consent, modifications and updates

o Certain sections or paragraphs in this policy are incorporated into that contract, but in such a way that they do not impose contractual obligations upon Equor, but do impose contractual obligations on the other party to the contract; and
